Elite Pool Covers has been manufacturing pool covers in Australia for over three decades, designed to endure the harsh conditions of our scorching summers. We ensure that all our products go through rigorous testing to guarantee their durability and longevity for our customers.
Blankets
The Manufacturer warrants for the period of 5, 8, 10 and 12 years (to the original customer) from date of purchase of original Pool Blanket
To lodge a warranty claim fill the form out below and supply images of your issues, including showing a photo of the cover over the whole pool.
If required: the Pool Blanket may need to be returned to the Manufacturer within warranty period by original customer (at customer's sole expense).
Manufacturer will, in the event that after Manufacture’s examination should disclose the Pool Blanket to be defective in Workmanship or material, at its option ether repair or alternatively replace the Pool Blanket. In the case of replacement, no charge will be made within the first 12 months of ownership.

Subject to any statutory rights the original customer may have. Manufacturer will not be liable for any incidental or consequential losses or damage resulting from any defect in workmanship or material. The purchaser shall install, maintain and use in accordance with Manufacturer’s instructions.
