Elite has computer designed and developed the strongest, longest lasting and most compact roller system ever made. The construction is from solid 10mm thick 316 stainless steel that is CNC bent, then TIG welded (with only one weld per roller). The frame is electro-polished to oil rig corrosion resistant standards.

The Elite tandem or triple rollers (shown left and below) have been designed to minimise storage space as there are two or three winding spools on each roller frame. Each spool is independently wound minimising operator effort. Great for indoor Centres or where storage space is an issue! The rollers are driven via Elite's exclusive detachable steering wheel system, which gives the Elite roller the lowest profile available, with the added benefit the patrons cannot tamper or rotate the rollers. These rollers also take far less storage space, thus making them less noticeable to patrons.

All Elite rollers have a 30mm x 30mm drive square, machined into the axles, to enable positive drive by the Elite Blanket Buddy® or detachable steering wheel manual drive.

The drive axles are solid 38mm (1½") heat treated 316 stainless steel with double cast on end plugs. You will never bend an Elite axle as they are almost twice as strong as any other roller on the market and will give you years of trouble free operation.

The mobile rollers run on large non-marking wheels within 316 stainless steel 360* rotating brake casters that do not seize. These rollers are very easy to handle and will provide years of trouble free operation. Rollers can be stationary or mobile.

The Elite 127 Commercial Roller (shown left) is a great way of storing either large domestic pool blankets (over 80²m to 120²m) or small commercial pool blankets such as leisure pools, Hydro therapy pools, motel pools, retirement centre pools etc. It is available in mobile, stationary or wall mounted.
